Platinum Sponsorship Booth Rental $ 18,500.00 USD + 16% VAT

• 30 foot by 30 foot  interior booth located in the first row in front of the entrance doors

• Allotted exterior space for a 20 foot by 20 foot tent adjacent to the test drive track 

• Unlimited use of exterior test drive track

• 12 Exhibitors Badges

• Ability to display one item (vehicle) on the outside patio entrance of the convention center along with limited promotional signage 

• Brand name listed on all promotional materials (websites, letters, emails,  social media, Billboards, posters, radio, television)

• Use of a private conference room on-site for staff meetings,  customer meetings, contract signings, etc.

• Internet access 

• Interior Electrical Access 

• Ability to utilize the customer tracking bar coded scanning software and receive participant reports included

• Booth Construction if needed is an additional cost

• We will be giving away a 65 inch television to one of the registered attendees on behalf of all Platinum Sponsors

Gold Sponsorship Booth Rental  $ 7,800.00 USD + 16% VAT

• Ability to purchase a exterior tent space adjacent to the test drive track 

• 6 Exhibitors Badges

• Brand name listed on all promotional materials (websites, letters,  emails, social media, posters, radio, television)

• Use of a private conference room on-site for staff meetings,  customer meetings, contract signings, etc.

• Internet access 

• Interior Electrical Access 

• Ability to utilize the customer tracking bar coded scanning software and receive participant reports

Silver Sponsorship Booth Rental $ 1,200.00 USD + 16% VAT

• 10 foot by 10 foot interior booth located throughout the convention center on an availability basis

• Brand name listed on some promotional materials 

• 3 Exhibitors Badges 

• Internet access 

• Interior Electrical Access 

• One Standard Table and Two Chairs 

• Ability to utilize the customer tracking bar coded scanning software and receive participant reports

Register by June 1, 2020 and receive a 5% discount on all booth rentals and sponsorships.

A 50% deposit and signed booth rental agreement will allow you to select and hold your floor booth location.

For vendors traveling to the Show we have secured the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Ocean Front Resort Hotel with the following discounted rates which will include transportation costs to and from the International Convention Center and the evening social

     Single Room - $199.00 per night 

     Double Room - $249.00 per night
