August 15, 2020         Final Payments due

October 1, 2020         All marketing artwork for print media must be submitted

October 15, 2020       Layouts for larger booths requiring assistance must be finalized 

October 28, 2020       Radio Marketing Launch

November 4, 2020     Program Show Guide submitted for printing 

November 5, 2020     Print marketing launch

November 10, 2020   Last day to submit vendor personnel names for ID badges 

November 12, 2020   Reminder Mass Commercial Mailing 

November 19, 2020   Booth Setup day 9 AM to 8 PM

                                       Vendor check-in @ Convention Center  9 AM - 5 PM

                                       Vendor Cocktail Social @ 8:30 PM Show Hotel - Marriott 

November 20, 2020   Show Opens @ 10 AM until 9:30 PM, Open to vendors @ 8:30 AM

November 21, 2020   Show Opens @ 9 AM until 6 PM, Open to vendors @ 8 AM

                                       Drawing for Television @ 4 PM

                                       Building will remain open for move out until 10 PM

Special Calendar Notes

Advertising Artwork and Logo`s should be submitted electronically within 5 days of the signing of the show agreement. 

Hotel reservations and payments if traveling and staying at the Show Hotel must be made within 5 days of the signing of the show agreement. 

If you are doing any International Shipping, it is strongly recommended that you ship by November 4th 

If your show personnel are travelling Internationally it is recommended that they arrive no later than November 18th
