LODGING CHOICES

Below you will find a list of properties that range from 5 Star Resorts to Family Friendly Hotels and Hostels. Our staff have personally inspected every property to ensure that it meets our standards and we also negotiated the lowest rates possible for the beginning of the high season.

All of these properties have agreed to reserve a certain number of rooms for your use at these lower rates but once those reserved rooms have been exhausted the property will increase their rates so please plan in advance and reserve your room today.

Most of the pricing is in United States Dollars although a few properties have provided their proposal in Mexican Peso's. Currently one United States Dollar (USD) is about 15.5 Mexican Peso's but this is subject to change with the International Currency Market.

Most of the properties are ocean front or a very short walk to the beach and some offer numerous room types and all-inclusive options. We have listed the rates and distance to Los Arcos (Finish Line) in driving minutes on average.

Please send us an email at LODGING@simplemngtgroup.com with the name of the hotel that you selected and dates for your stay along with your phone number and we will immediately reserve your choice. The hotel will then follow up with you directly by phone, email or text and provide you with a reservation confirmation. Also, please let us know if you would like ground transportation from the airport to your hotel and back to the airport for your departure date.

Hotel Marsol is located just 50 feet from the iconic pier in Old Town and one of the most popular beaches on the entire west coast - Los Muertos. This is a very spacious and basic hotel with a pool and sun bathing area on site and surrounded by 40 restaurants and numerous shops. It is about a 4 minute drive to Los Arcos and about a 3 minute walk to the Exposition.

These two Holiday Inn properties are located on the highway #200 near the International Airport and about an 18 minute drive to Los Arcos.

Both of these properties were recently constructed and offer on-site pools and some spa services. The Holiday Inn Express offers a complimentary buffet breakfast while the Holiday Inn Suites has an on-site restaurant and cocktail lounge. Both properties were immaculate throughout.

These three properties are all within a few feet of each other and managed by the main property Paloma Del Mar. Although their prices are listed in Mexican Peso's their rooms range from $65 to $135 USD per night which is about a 40% savings. This ideal location is only two blocks from the Malecon and three blocks to the beach. The property has a excellent restaurant on site and is surrounded by numerous other restaurants and shops. This property does not charge children under the age of 10 and is only a 4 minute drive to Los Arcos or a 7 minute walk.
